Description:

  • Description: Evaporated milk is shelf-stable cow’s milk with about 60% of the water removed. It has a rich, slightly caramelized flavor and thicker consistency, ideal for cooking and baking.

  • Milk Fat Content: Typically 6.5%

  • Solids-Not-Fat (SNF): Minimum 18%

  • Moisture Content: Approximately 26–28%

  • Protein Content: ~6–7%

  • Shelf Life: 6–12 months (unopened)

  • Available Sizes: 170ml, 354ml, 410ml, 1L cans or Tetra Pak

  • Packaging: Cans, aseptic cartons

  • Storage: Ambient temperature; refrigerate after opening

  • Uses: Desserts, sauces, creamy beverages, baking, soups, and curries

 

  • Processing: Homogenized and sterilized
